1. You will be tagged by someone that already finished their flag.
2. This person will issue you a state from this list: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flags_of…
- It must be a flag that hasn't been chosen by anybody in the game before you.
3. You will create an alternate flag for your given state.
- Your flag can incorporate parts of previous flags but it must be in some way original.

The disc in the flag's blue canton is suggestive of the state's name and is the main part of the real flag, the red represent's the state's history as a place of powerful industry, the blue represent's the state's location between several key waterways, the white band symbolizes Ohio River itself, and the shape of the flag is close to a airfield flag bringing to mind one of the state's nicknames the "Birthplace of Aviation".

I like this quite a lot! I prefer the symmetrical swallowtail myself, but everything else about this is very pleasing. The existing flag is pretty cool, but so busy.
