Free Speech Has Returned! (English)

Free Speech, was and is a sacred right; it is a key part of a democratic society, and it will be infringed, no more;

During the war the Clemwalt government put in place strict censorship laws that made it illegal for anyone to express unfavorable opinions of the war effort, in public; and later, to express unfavorable opinions of the government. However these laws where meant to in place until the war was over, then freedom of speech would be restored upon victory; but there was no victory...

And the government never repealed the laws after the war, instead they use them to crackdown on critics of the military regime;
but it only made the critics hate the government more, and more; then new people joined in, then more.
Soon the government could not cope with wave of unrest they had on their hands, and this was just one of the issues the citizens had with the military government...

Then came the revolution, and the Combine; so what would these thugs, this rabble do after taking power?!
Repeal all the censorship laws... Yes, all of them... Weird.
