The white circle, represents the planet; it's white to represent all the nations and peoples of the world being equal; the five lines represent the five largest land masses in the world; which most of it's peoples can be found. 

The blue, represents liberty and peace, the two main values that the organization is meant to bring to the world.

In times past, war was thought to be a noble and glorious struggle, where one can be made into a hero, be made a stronger person, in the minds of many. However this would start to change with the "Industrial wars" of the last century, which all were more destructive then the last, and seemed to be leading up to something bigger... That day came when Celmwalt and Vextheria, took their rivalry a step to far, and started a war that took more lives then all others before it, it fed on the best of a generation, and left the broken in it's wake...

Some say an era dead with the war, gone was the innocence and easygoing nature of the last century, now replaced with the jaded and cynical mindset of the new. This is not all true, it has replaced the old mindset with a new one that emphasizes one's life could end at any time and thus one must do all they can to enjoy the great parts of life. It has lead to a greater demanded for social change as well. 

One point of which is to put an end to war. The idea was to create a power that could keep the ambitions of nations in check, to keep the peace, to be a mediator between nations, and to punish them with retaliation, should they go on the warpath. 

There where even plans to give such a power, sole control over military aircraft, a weapon which spawned from the war. Sadly, the nations of the world where reluctant to give up the amount of sovereignty needed to make this idea work, and so the dream of such an organization, was discarded for the time being... 

However, the Coordinator of the Technical Combine, is looking to revive this dream. Between rebuilding their county, and Vextheria demanding that they remain in splendid isolation, the Combine's own dream of shearing their ideology with the world is on hold. But, if they where to form an organization such as this, the Combine could share their ideology with the world's nations, undermine Vextheria's global empire by promoting the self-determination of all peoples, and help to bring about a more peaceful world, which helps lead to more global prosperity.

All of which the world would thank the Combine for bringing about, a win win! Now all that needs to be done is to get the nations of the world to support it...
