Mondas Will Survive!

Here's a Cyberman from the same universe my Dalek is from. I think. Or maybe not...
Anyway, these guys are not the interstellar conquerors that the ones in the main universe are,
but instead prioritize survival over needless war. They also prefer to take their enemies alive, for the most part,
everything and everyone can be useful. After all they want to help you, not kill you!

The Cyberman of this universe show more emotion as well, and speak in a sing-song tone,
but only speak went they need to. After all, there is work to be done!

These Cyberman are individual units acting and thinking on their own, but can link with a network if near a network node.
Yes, it's like the Borg Collective, but with Cyber-Planners acting as moderators and coordinators,
most units use it for information sharing and to receive orders from command.

They have no one leader, Cyber-Leaders command an army unit, but groups lead themselves as their own collective teams,
with the network uniting them all, with the help of the Cyber-Planners, every major decision is made by the group to
benefit the most out of the group, because more minds can come up with better solutions,
decision decision affecting all Cyberman at one time are made by all units linked though the network.

The design was based on stuff form the 60s Cybermen, some space suits, and work from the same guy, I based my Dalek on.

The Cyberman were created by Dr. "Kit" Pedler, the Cyberman and Doctor Who are owned by the BBC.
